About

Hi, I’m a technical writer and information architect who believes that clear communication is one of the most powerful tools a product team can have. I’ve spent my career turning complex systems, workflows, and software into content that people can understand and use.

I started my career as an editor, which taught me how to make every word count. I try to write with precision, tone, and consistency so that I can completely change the way readers experience information. Over time, I moved into technical documentation, where I learned that structure and technology are as important as writing itself.

I’ve worked across on-prem and cloud products in networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise software, helping documentation teams move from static deliverables to structured, scalable systems. I’m experienced with XML-based authoring, CCMS, API documentation and more recently, Git-based documentation workflows that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

I enjoy building documentation frameworks that make life easier for writers and developers alike. Creating documentation systems where updates are simple, reviews are clear, and publishing is automated. I’m also interested in how AI and analytics can help improve the documentation process, from identifying content gaps to personalizing help for users.

What drives me most is helping teams communicate better through content that’s consistent, can be updated easily, and genuinely useful.

When I’m not writing or editing, I’m usually exploring open-source tools, reading about information design, or experimenting with ways to make documentation faster and intuitive.

What I Focus On

  • Structured authoring and content reuse
  • Documentation toolchain design (XML, Markdown, Git)
  • Automation and publishing workflows
  • Editorial standards and review processes
  • AI-assisted authoring

My Approach

I believe good documentation is built like good software — with collaboration, version control, and continuous improvement.
